CA Saurabh Agarwal, FCA, is the Founder Director and Non-Executive Chairman of Suvidha Group, with over 39 years of experience across finance, advisory, and enterprise building.

Over nearly four decades, he has advised leading corporates, financial institutions, and government bodies, and has played a defining role in the structuring and execution of large and complex projects across India, particularly in the North-Eastern region. His career reflects a rare combination of financial expertise, execution capability, and an ability to operate effectively in challenging and evolving environments.

As Founder Director, he has shaped the foundation and growth of the Group. As Non-Executive Chairman, he provides continuity of vision and strategic direction, drawing on decades of experience, considered judgement, and a long-term institutional perspective.
