CA Saurabh Agarwal is the Founder Director and presently the non executive chairman of Suvidha Group. He hold the degree of B.Com, LLB and F.C.A. and having a vast twenty-five years of post qualification experiences in audits of various Limited Companies, Government Bodies, Banks & other organizations involved in setting up of numerous projects in the N.E. Region especially Cement industry, Packaging industry, Photography, Tourism, Healthcare, Food Processing, etc. He has a great interest in sports and played Basketball, Cricket, Table Tennis, Hockey and Swimming/Water Polo at Inter University and District Levels during 1981-83 at Allahabad University. Presently a regular Golfer with handicap “14” His immense contribution has lead Suvidha into a new direction of success.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Bhoruka

Mr. Sunil Kumar Bhoruka is the senior director of Suvidha Group since 2002. He holds the degree of B.Com, MBA, FCA, CMA, FIV and also an Insolvency Professional. He has associated with Merchants’ Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a mentor of MSME Help Desk. He has an expertise of more than 25 years in the field of financial consultancy. He regularly advises the team with respect to organizational matters and responsibilities. He has successfully leveraged his vast reservoir of knowledge to make strategic decisions to make Suvidha a One-stop consultancy house for entrepreneurs. His vision and excellence has taken Suvidha to the peak of success.

Mr. Dindayal Jajodia

Mr. Dindayal Jajodia is a FCA & LLB with more than 25 years of experience in the field of financial consultancy. His passion for work has accelerated the growth of the company in manifolds. His indomitable spirit and excellent working skill are always commendable, inspirational to the employees and is a great motivator for the newcomers of the industry. Mr. Jajodia helped end numbers of MSMEs to establish their identity in the market and provided them the root for ease of business.

He is an active member of the Association of Corporate Advisors and Executives, VIP Road CA Association and other CA bodies and a dedicated volunteer with Purvanchal Kalyan Ashram working towards rural tribal upliftment for over 30 years.
